Marina teaches Violin and Viola at her home.

Every student receives a weekly one-to-one lessons. According to age and standard lessons can be 30 min, 45 min or an hour long. Marina teaches children and adults of all levels. Recommended age for beginners is not younger than 6 years.

She is passionate about her teaching and tailors every lesson to each person’s in individual needs. Lessons are a good mixture of violin technique based on the Carl Flesh scale system, Sevcik  exercises and the major studies from Kreutzer to Paganini, and a wide enjoyable repertoire which includes the main works by all classical and modern composers but also encompasses compositions from films and musicals.

Many of her students have gained distinctions and merits in the 'Associated Board of the Royal schools of Music' exams. But exams are not a MUST for Marina. A large number of her pupils learn for the sheer joy of music and have still reached the standard required to enter music college.

Not everyone needs to be a 'Wunderkind' but regular practise is expected from every student to make lessons enjoyable and productive.
